The 12th Joint Seminar on Biomedical Sciences between Kunming Medical University, PR China , Toho University, Japan , Chiang Mai University, Thailand, and Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.
On October 17 – 20, 2023, the delegates from the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, led by Assoc. Prof. Roengsak Leetanaporn, MD (Dean of the Faculty of Medicine) and Assoc. Prof. Nimit Worakul, Ph.D. (Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences) visited Kunming Medical University, Kunming, PR China.
On October 17, 2023, Asst. Prof. Kanyika Chamniprasas, MD, Vice Dean for Education and Acting Director of School of Medicine and Health Sciences, attended the 2nd President/Dean’s Forum of South and Southeast Asia Medical Education and Service Alliance (SSAMESA).
In addition, on October 18, 2023, the executives of the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences attended the 90th Kunming Medical University Anniversary in order to strengthen the long-term relationship and collaboration between the two institutes.
During October 19 – 20, 2023, the executives, lecturers, physicians, and researcher participated in “The 12th Joint Seminar on Biomedical Sciences” between Kunming Medical University, PR China (2023 host), Toho University, Japan (2025 host), Chiang Mai University, Thailand, and Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. This meeting creates a strong link of education and research on medical science and technology among the members of our universities, as well as, strong commitment and collaboration to work on biomedical sciences.
